Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 30 days of purchase. Return merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition in the original box with all the warranties and or instruction booklets intact. This includes any diamond certificate or grading reports. Items that have been altered,such as sizing or changes to the original design, may not be refunded. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds must be issued on the credit card used for the purchase & any checks written will have a hold of 10 days before the refund is issued.

Special Orders

We regret that special orders are not returnable, and no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A special order includes any jewelry,gemstones,watch or gift item ordered or altered at the customers request.

Layaways

Casa D’oro offers a 6 month interest free layaway with a minimum deposit of 20%, provided regular monthly payments are made. Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within 7 days of the deposit date. After 7 days an in-store credit valid for 1 year will be given.

Repair

This store including its employees accepts no responsibility for the condition or identification of jewelry or stones upon receipt. Items submitted to this store for repair only, this store will not act as an insurer of the items listed. Responsibility for loss, theft, or damage is accepted by this store only when there is due negligence. The store is not responsible for items left over 90 days.

Must register 45 days prior to the wedding date. Must purchase a complete engagement ring & wedding bands. See store for details.

Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee
