Reopening Repair Procedures

For all repair intake, sales staff will supply a plastic bag for you to insert your item to provide limited contact
Jewelry repairs will take approximately 2 weeks
Watch & Jewlery repairs/estimates being sent to the vendor will take significantly longer than normal
Watch battery changes and bracelet/band adjustments will take a minimum of 2 business days
For the safety of our clients and staff, we are not offering jewelry or watch cleaning at this time
